4 course vegan menu here at Wat Damnak got off to an excellent start!! This was a top one for sure. It also had cassava cake, coconut cream, and spring onion vichyssoise. The pomelo was bright and citrusy and the cassava cake was earthy, with creamy coconut milk and some nice herbal notes. Adored!
