This is the second signature bowl at Vale. It has quinoa, roasted broccoli, buffalo vegan tenders, buffalo chickpeas, and vale vinaigrette. As you could guess this bowl is pretty buffalo forward and packed with a lot of protein. Adding some garnishes like green onion or a creamy vegan dressing would be great. It's $14 for a regular sized bowl.
