Review of Tofunagi Maki at Lucky Cat by eritakay
I like the idea of layering #beancurd skin and #seaweed to form the #vegan #unagi (eel); it gives it a seafoody taste and along with the soft and rough texture combo, it is similar to actual unagi slices, if you know what I mean.
This #vegansushi goes well with the preserved #ginger slices. I’ll order this again.
