I mean I m not sure if the original s like this, but I kinda feel that it’s pointless #deepfry the tofu if it’s supposed to be alllll soft n soggy in the end…
Also too much oil…
The general style of all dishes in the restaurant is sweet, sweet, and sweet
We can be a bit more creative no?
