I don't know if it was deliberate, but they managed to make this slice of #cake have the feel and texture of halwa 😋 The flavours were more reminiscent of those of a Christmas cake - dried fruits soaked in #rum, assorted nuts (#almond and #cashew by the looks of it), etc. They used plant butter and #almondmilk without affecting the creaminess and richness of this seasonal #festive #dessert, yay! 🙌 My #sweettooth was satisfied!
