I know 🫒 can be divisive; you must be on team olive in order to like this bread and thankfully I’m a member.
This loaf is delicious. It warms up well, remaining soft inside and crusty on the outside. The Kalamata olives and black olives are dispersed generously throughout the bread, giving a wonderful flavor, saltiness and bit of texture. I enjoyed some with vegan butter and some with lutenica (roasted pepper/tomato/carrot spread).
Would absolutely repurchase.
