This stuff is delicious! I love it. I used to buy some seaweed snacks and crumble those up on rice, but this is so much better- it has a more oceany flavour, and the saltiness is perfection. The convenience of being able to shake some on, close up the shaker and throw it back in my seasoning cabinet is far greater than the crumbled seaweed. Love putting this stuff on white rice; sushi; sandwiches; and stir fries.
