Nothing better than pizza in the mountains and this has to be one of the best pizza places in Colorado. This has everything - kale, portabella mushrooms, roasted garlic, caramelized onions and normally comes with mozzarella but I got it #veganized and it was incredible! It was so good I had to have a slice for breakfast the next day 🥳
