I like this dish! Simply because I always like Mee Suan. I don’t know how to fry Mee Suan. I always wonder how to fry when it is so soft without even breaking it into pieces or one big lump of flour?! Hence, I am always happy to taste fried Mee Suan.

The food served at this restaurant is leaning on the healthier side, less salt, less oil. This Mee Suan isn’t salty or oily. I love it 😍
