Review of Seitan en tranches - Soy by walkabout-veg

Very good quality seitan (from organic wheat) made in France 🇫🇷.
It goes great in home-made Wellington pies or other christmas dishes. Rich in protein (20 gr/100 gr) and low in sodium, fats. This was costs about €3,80 at Biocoop.
