Review of Big Fat Miso Ramen at The Hungry Tapir by dafnelately

This was an amazing #omnivoreapproved meal ordered by an amazing foodie friend of mine 😋 In all honesty, I would’ve never personally reached for this #ramen but I’m glad he did! We all got to taste a bit of it and gosh was it ever amazing! The highlight of this meal is the wildfood #chilioil they feature in it 🌶️ That’s that spoonful of flavour and #spicy if you’re wondering 😉 The #stock of the #noodles was full of flavour being a #miso ramen with added #nori / #seaweed for added #umami 🍜 Not visible in this shot however is just how much #mince sat under all of these noodles! I don’t know what they used for gosh was it ever lekker 🤤 If you can handle a bit of heat, really it wasn’t all too spicy, and are a #noodlelover I’d highly recommend getting this! 🙌
