🇬🇧I tried these vegan cheese slices to try something different from my usual ones from Vemondo (which I really love), they taste not too bad but the other ones are still better so don’t know if I’ll buy them again.
They’re not pliable so you can’t roll them without cracking (probably because of coconut oil, which tends to set with cold temperatures like the fridge, but things may change letting them a little time outside).
When melted, tend to be kind of a pasty in the mouth.
🇮🇹 Ho voluto provare un’alternativa alle mie amate fettine Vemondo (che mi danno sempre grandi soddisfazioni) comprando queste, come gusto non sono male ma le altre restano migliori perciò non so se le riprenderò.
Non si riesce a piegarle o arrotolarle perché si spezzano (probabilmente c’entra l’olio di cocco che col freddo si solidifica, magari lasciandole per un po’ a temperatura ambiente la consistenza potrebbe cambiare).
Da sciolte si attaccano un po’ al palato.
