This is a staple in my cupboard! The flavour is strong so I suggest letting all the oil drip off. It breaks up similarly to real tuna. I love to use it as the main ingredient for vegan tuna salad ( adding fresh onions and vinegar cuts down the strong flavour). Best paired with tomatoes and black olives. Easy to find ( I buy mine in the organic section at Shoppers Drug Mart) and make making a healthy meal a breeze.
