ChiのHead Cheese Terrine —paniwilsonのレビュー（2022年11月29日）

I've never tried "Head Cheese" before but I am certain that the vegan one must be way better than jellied pig's head.
I think this one hardly resembles the traditional one but I'm definitely okay with that! This terrine has mushroom, rainbow pickle, pineapple served with rice cracker. This dish was good but not my favorite. The Dan Dan Pappardelle and the Truffle Udon Carbanara can't be missed!
