I like that the Kumara Sweet Potato is nicely cut horizontally, showcasing its vibrant deep orange colour within.
On the menu, the sweet potato is presented with a dip of sour cream by the side. While placing my order, I informed the waitress that I am a vegan & she replaced with their famous Tahini dip happily. 🙏🏻
Atlantic Salt is sprinkled randomly over the sweet potato. It isn’t the fine salt that I normally use at home. It is coarse & the rock salt is beautifully visible to the eyes. 🥰
The skin of Kumara sweet potato is totally burnt! The blacken skin provides a very nice, visible outline of the sweet potato within. I like this a lot. 😁
Instead of presenting the Kumara Sweet Potato on a plate, it is plated diagonally on a shiny golden cardboard. Giving the humble sweet potato a very grand entrance to the table! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This is my first time tasting sweet potato with salt, & I really enjoy the saltiness of the Atlantic salt with the sweetness of Kumara sweet potato.
It is also my first time dipping sweet potato with Tahini. The Sweet potato is very creamy & the Tahini dip enhances the creaminess. Lovely. 💖
I tasted the sweet potato in three different ways:-
1) on its own
2) with the Atlantic Salt
3)with the Tahini dip
Which one I like best
