I used to buy their non-vegan pancake mix when I was still vegetarian because I liked that they had more protein than a regular mix. So glad they have a plant-based option now! These were yummy with some maple syrup drizzled on top:) This was the first time I've made them, so I think there's room to perfect the ratios to make it fluffier. Consistency/texture was still nice though!
I also like that you can adjust the add-ins depending on what you want (you can use water or add plant milk/vegan egg if you want different macros).
