Cuisine Wat DamnakのPalm Sugar Braised Green Papaya —tiascazのレビュー（2022年11月23日）

This was one of my favourites of the whole experiences. The palm sugar papaya was so sweet and had a wonderful textural contrast to the baguette croutons. Fresh green peppercorn and rice paddy herb gave it a lovely herbal taste too.
