This crispy bits are called vegetarian mock goose.

I don’t really like vegetarian food with name of animals that it meant to substitute.

I always called these- “ the crispy bits.” They are mainly made up of soya bean skin and seasonings.

These crunchy bits paired very well with softness of the mee fen. A great combination!
