This is an absolutely delicious pizza! I cooked it a little longer so that it would be a bit crunchier. The Beyond Meat beef crumble was a nice touch. Other toppings were red and yellow peppers, eggplant, zucchini, tomato, onion, tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella cheese (of course!).
Too bad the pizza was a little on the small side; it was shared among 3 people.
