
I really enjoyed the taste of this. It has a meaty taste without being too salty like some other "beef" products. It was easy to cook- just heat it on a pan the same way that beef is cooked making it easy for people to switch to plant based. The texture was fine but maybe a little on the soft side.
This is high in protein and I like that it's supplemented with vitamins that may be lacking in a vegan diet like B12 and Zinc.
I used half of this to make stuffed peppers🫑 and the other half will be used either for enchiladas or lasagna.
