Il Fornello) is located in Richmond Hill and it has assembled a decent vegan menu. The main courses are limited to pizza and pasta, with about 5 choices for each. This is much more than most non-vegan restaurants do! 😊
The concept of having fresh arugula on pizza is still new to me. I’ve had it a few times and I’m always taken back at how delicious it is! This time at Il Fornello was no different. Perhaps there was a bit too much arugula on it (if that’s even possible), but it didn’t matter. The pizza was cooked to perfection. So was the zucchini, buried under the arugula.
I definitely recommend this pizza.
