I personally don’t see a point in meat alternatives that don’t provide enough protein. Plant based diets are full on carbs, and proper protein source are rare. Then the taste… Italian meat alternatives still taste like wet carton box 😂 but why? 🙈 not impress Findus 🙁 #helprifugiomiletta
