Oof you couldn’t go wrong with these amazingly crispy and soft tofu!!! 🥵 The broccoli was slightly hard though and didn’t feel so fresh. The avocado dip with cherry tomatoes nailed it. That hint of sourness and creaminess really adds flavour to the dish overall. Will definitely build my own bowl again!
