The texture of No Cow bars is not my favorite; they are so dry. That being said, the macros are great and I do enjoy some of the flavors so I continue to give them a try. I’ve found that chopping them up into smaller pieces and eating them with yogurt makes them more enjoyable.
Unfortunately I didn’t really care for his flavor like I anticipated that I would. The bar just tasted like chalky lemon oil. Since it was pie flavor I thought there would be more of a lemon and sweet cream or graham flavor. Won’t be repurchasing this one.
