I personally did not like this bread at all. They act like only 70 calories is a flex but it's not when the slices are so tiny. Food for Life manages to make regular sized Ezekiel sprouted grain bread that's only 10 more calories per slice, has more nutrients, and tastes much better too. This bread becomes weirdly sweet when toasted, a problem which I haven't experienced with other brands. I will definitely not be buying this again.
