This dish is a great treat! Interesting breakfast beyond avo toast and oats… the contrast of crunchy chickpeas, creamy hummus, zesty tzatziki, fresh Greek salad, crunchy yet soft chickpea butternut falafels and pita brings it together for a great experience! It’s very starchy but doesn’t feel too heavy or oily ☺️ it’s a favorite
