I wasn't planning on having dessert with lunch on a road trip, but looking at the list on our table and the rotating display case in the back, I knew I just had to try something. This mousse was an excellent choice! It definitely tastes like coconut, so if you're not a fan steer clear. The mousse was a lot thicker than I expected, but I did enjoy the luxurious texture.
