It’s really interesting how different Impossible Burgers can be depending on how a restaurant makes them. I had one a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it so I tried ordering one at this restaurant. I was really happy to see that the entire burger 🍔 including the cheese was vegan but it didn’t taste very good. It was super dry and the vegan cheese was the kind that sticks to your teeth which ends up feeling really weird and making me feel like my teeth are covered in plastic when I’m talking. Sometimes I just want to ask chefs to try their own product before serving it lol 😂

I agree! I don’t personally care for impossible burger product when cooking at home. I prefer using beyond burger. But Monty’s Good Burger uses impossible and it’s soooo delicious!! I know I’ve had it other restaurants and liked it too. I think the temp it’s cooked at probably has a big impact but the dressings/sauces are key!
