I wasn't sure about it in the beginning but then I realised it needs very hot water to soften, so now I tend to use it directly onto the hair, under the shower head, instead of drying off a bit first. But it works for me, and it smells really nice. My hair feels good after using it. It's been a struggle to find a conditioner bar that I actually like, so I'm pretty happy.
