
I discovered these chips in the break room at work. They have a fun, puffy crispness — sort of similar to how I remember prawn crackers being? — and are good for a light snack. They don’t feel overly healthy but definitely lack the greasiness of potato chips. Although I like the simplicity of the sea salt on its own, the chips also seem sturdy enough to eat with dip. I believe the office purchased a variety box: two flavors (this one + BBQ) are vegan, but the sour cream and onion contains dairy, so I’d be disinclined to get the mix overall.
