My friend and I loved this! They have a pizza that's similar I want to try next. This Flatbread is the perfect starter to split. They were easily able to make this vegan by not adding the honey drizzle. It had arugula, almost ricotta, pistachios, a garlic spread and sweet roasted acorn squash.
