So glad that Perron has stepped up its vegan game; previous tries left much to be desired.

The simple name of this dish does it no justice! Coriander-chilli green rice, black beans 🫘, aubergine/brinjal 🍆 , 🥑, pumpkin seeds and #coriander leaves come together in a delicious, nutritious and filling meal. Large portion! Will definitely get again! #bestpicks #corianderlover
