With the recent hot weather, yogurt has become an indispensable part of my breakfasts. I really like that Kite Hill is almond-focused, since cashew milk doesn’t always agree with me. However, they make both plain (5g sugar) and plain unsweetened varieties, and it’s easy to buy the wrong one, as I did. This yogurt has a smooth consistency that’s neither runny nor thick; flavor-wise, it’s cultured but not sour. I would like to try the version with no added sugar, but I’d probably also get this one again since it wasn’t too sweet. In either case, I’d wait for a sale — I’m quickly learning that a Kite Hill habit isn’t cheap!

Kite Hill is my fav too! Love the thickness and prefer the plain to add my own berries and granola to it lol! Yum 😋
I love all things Kite Hill this brand really makes great quality products and without all the processed ingredients in a lot of the other vegan products 🌞
