Lasagna is one of the things I miss the most of my meat eater life. It's hard finding one that resembles the ones I had in childhood. This one at least has the pasta sheets, which I unfortunately learned it's not a must have to call it "lasagna". This bologna sauce is really well seasoned, but the vegan cheese used was solid and brittle (much like polenta) and the pasta was too soft. My search for the perfect lasagna carries on. #curitiba #curitibacapitalvegana
