This product was my first introduction to tofu over 15 years ago! It’s a great egg salad substitute, similar texture and really good taste. I love the jalapeño, it’s got a little heat but not overly spicy. I eat this with avocado toast and use it mainly for dipping carrots or crackers into. It’s a little spendy so it’s an occasional treat!
