The other dish I tried was the fried bee hoon! The bee hoon comes by default a set of ingredients like fried beancurb skin (or so called vegetarian goose), pan fried pressed tofu, long beans, some bean sprouts.

I like the bee hoon as it is not too salty, or sweet, too oily or too dry, the texture and flavour is balanced and pleasing to the taste. The bee hoon mixed well with the other ingredients and I love to mix it with the lor mee soup to add some more flavour to it!
