Finally theres a vegan stall in Food Republic (Vivocity) !! I have checked with the person in charge and all the food there are vegan! :)
The first dish I tried is the lor mee (braised noodles) , and it is a bowl of smooth jade noodle with sliced braised king oyster mushrooms, and braised pressed tofu (hidden under the garnishes😆) in braised soup.
The soup was well cooked with a rich braised flavour, smooth and slightly creamy, and a bit of black vinegar was added to enhance the taste.
It is indeed a good bowl of vegan lor mee, the ingredients were well braised and the soup was delicious to drink!
