🇬🇧 Fantastic!!!
One small steamed brioche filled with homemade crispy seitan, carrot, cucumber, cilantro, red onion pickles and gochujang sauce (Korean chili) amazing!

Um pequeno brioche cozido no vapor, recheado com seitan crocante caseiro, cenoura, pepino, coentro, picles de cebola roxa e molho gochujang (chili coreano)
incrível!
