I used this pack to make lasagna.. I made ricotta.. I don’t normally measure .. there are tons of good vegan ricotta recipes out there .. I also used a lot of my stashed frozen cheeses.. about 5 or six different kinds in this batch … I know most packs state “do not freeze” I do it all the time with all the brands.
