This consisted of delicate, wide, flat, pleasantly chewy rice noodles, meaty and authentic-tasting 🐮-free beef, julienned 🥕, snow peas, and bean sprouts in a savory soy sauce-based sauce. It was hearty and comforting. #saveveganrestaurants
