The patty is made from lentils, wild mushrooms, rosemary, thyme, almond flour, oats, and sunflower seeds. I really appreciate it when a restaurant makes an effort to make its own vegan patty. Although the patty is a little bit mushy, it actually holds well and I can still eat my burger with my hands! It also has vegan smoked Gouda, tomato jam, roasted red pepper hummus, tortilla, vegan red pepper aioli, and lettuce. #veganburger #burger #lentilburger
