Review of Laksa at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by sarvanireddy
The laksa base was rich, creamy, flavourful and wasn’t oily at all. It was generously topped with mushroom mock meat, fish cake-like strips (resembled carrot cake) and thin cucumber strips. The noodles weren’t traditional laksa noodles though, it was bee hoon/vermicelli noodles which was okay but it would’ve been perfect with laksha noodles. Do recommend it, the broth is a must-try. Costs S$9.30
