I'm pretty sure this was the Philly Mac

Toasted ciabatta hoagie roll stuffed with grilled seitan and mac n’ cheese. Then topped with special sauce and french-fried onions.

Yes with a side of Mac 😜because I love Spiral's mac n cheese so delicious!
😋 I couldn't finish this in one sitting but it was good as leftovers too
