I have to say I have never cooked with ground pork so did not really know what to do with this. I ended up adding a few herbs, tomato paste, and rolling it in bread crumbs to make a patty. it wasn't bad. If I ever buy it again, I will take it out of the package before it thaws because it's pretty sticky. Not sure what I will do with the rest of it. was nice to try something new. #porklesspork #veganmeat
