Review of Shitake Almond Meatballs at Veganerie by gregorygreen

Absolutely outstanding. I can't believe these meatballs are made of mushrooms and almonds. The sauce and the cheese really add to the dish and help it not be dry. I do wish there was a bit more sauce. Overall excellent.
