New rice dish on their menu. Broccoli was great. Guacamole was a bit sweet, not like how a regular guacamole might taste (I didn’t like it personally). The vegan salmon tastes ok too (I forgot how a real salmon tastes or it texture is, so couldn’t compare how good or close it is with real salmon)

If the vegan salmon is able to trigger off my distant past memories of a real salmon, I would be probably freaking out and not taking another bite. Once I tasted on vegan eel dish and its flavour is like the real one, I nearly throw up. I am not being dramatic here… After so many years of being a vegetarian and vegan, I cannot stomach meat or seafood anymore
