These are very similar to any other sweet potato fry. Again I add to the cooking time for crispness, but you have to be extra careful with the sweet potato fries bc they will go from ok to black in a second! They seem to be greasier than their other fries. And pretty soft, which seems standard for sweet potato fries. They are nice to have around for variety but not my favorite.
