A true garde veggie burger, one that isn't necessarily designed to mimic meat but instead give you the familiarity of eating a burger. It tastes great, but the downside of these kinds of patties is that they tend on the soft, slightly mushy side, but when it's cooked on the skillet it's not too bad.
