Black Window - 黑窗里の紫薯抹茶豆腐批 —moosewongのレビュー（2022年5月30日）

I like this a lot but I imagine it's not for everyone. It's a matcha tofu cake that's quite soft and not too sweet, with a sweet potato "cream" on top. I think the cake is gorgeous but quite filling, especially the sweet potato part.
