I love that Chipotle offers options to make their salads, burritos and bowls vegetarian or vegan. My go to is a bowl with sofritas, black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies and roasted chili-corn salsa. You can also add guacamole or if you choose the veggie option guac is included. So delicious!
